How long will it take to recieve my order?
Packages will be shipped 3-5 days after purchase from the United States. If you have not recieved any update on your order after a week, please reach out to me! After that, delivery time depends on the final destination, so your order time will vary. International orders may take up to 4 weeks.
I need to cancel an order/change the address/I bought the wrong item!
No problem, please contact me ASAP and I can change the order, as long as I haven't mailed it (at that point, I can't change anything!)
What packaging materials do you use?
I strive to send out as much recyclable/resuable materials as I can - I get Mailers from Ecoenclose and use glassine bags for my prints, all which can be recycled. Bubble mailers to protect charms are also recyclable. Each charm comes in a drawstring bag for extra protection - while they can not be recycled, I hope you find a way to reuse them! I plan to explore other options for charms.
Where do you ship?
I currently ship worldwide! HOWEVER - please check out my Etsy for prints, especially if you are from the EU/UK. I do not pay or charge for any custom fees (VAT, etc) on this platform, which means you may be responsible for fees from customs. Etsy will take care of it, but they calculate shipping, not me. Please look at both to see your options!

30 Day Refund Policy
You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund - please use the Contact Me form or email me at pixelpeony@gmail.com about your order. Please provide pictures to back up any claims of incorrect products sent or damaged products. I can provide either a replacement or a refund - if your product is out of stock, a refund will be provided. If for some reason your package is returned to me, I will reach out to see if your order needs an updated address and will resend it, free of charge. Any orders that are returned to me WITHOUT being contacted first will NOT be refunded.
Please understand that once I drop off your package, I have no control of what happens to it. I cannot tell you any more information about where it is than what you know. You should be emailed a tracking number when I print your label - please follow up with your local USPS branch if you are in the United States if your tracking status doesn't change after it has shipped.
